I can get that lens I asked about for $165 brand new in box... I need a telephoto lens, and that is something I can relatively afford

55-250 is still the cheapest option though

What kind of prices are you talking about for that 70-300?

not sure how much it costs these days but obviously cheaper han the 70-200

in my opinion the advantage the 70-200 has over the other lenses is so worth the extra price

Tools don't make you a professional

Knowledge of the craft, and time spent honing said craft make you a professional

while tools may not make one a professional, it certainly does not hurt to get yourself the best tools available

also has a lot more flexible file structure compared to DB. Doesn't have hotlinked public files, but that's what Puush is for anyway
